    Background

    Cravon Gillespie ran track at the University of Oregon, where he set the school's 100m record at 9.93 seconds at the 2019 NCAA Championships. He is a Pac-12 100m champion.

    In 2019, Cravon won a gold medal at the World Championships as a member of the USA 4x100m relay team. He represented the United States again at the Tokyo Olympics, running the anchor leg of the USA 4x100m relay.

    Cravon now brings his professional sprinting experience directly to athlete training at D1 Training Scottsdale. He co-leads the APEX Speed System with Bret Lockett, focusing on sprint mechanics, acceleration, and electronic combine testing.
